Meeting with WSCC Cllr Urquhart and the Advisor to the Cabinet Member for Highways

This is a closed meeting between 3 or 4 WSCF members and Cllr Deborah Urquhart along with the new advisor to the new Cabinet Member for Highways (Cllr Roger Elkins).   It is to look at progress made to date and how best to combine the vision for cycling from the WSCF with the practicalities of WSCC's aspirations and capabilities.
