The purpose of this document is to:

  • Engage with Highways England (HE) as a foundation for on-going consultation in relation to the A259 NMU development project
  • Respond to the HE/WSP Feasibility Study
  • Propose an alternative approach to the project

We seek a solution for all users of the A259/NCN2 (National Cycle Network 2), a scheme which will provide safe journeys now and for the coming decades. To achieve this we believe a holistic approach is the bestway forward.
